Swimming for 2nd & 3rd Classes


Swimming lessons will begin for 2nd & 3rd Classes on Tuesday 15th January 2019. 2nd Class session will be @ 11a.m. 3rd Class session will be @ 12 noon. Boys must bring togs, hat, goggles & towel.

Congratulations to St Anthony’s Football Team who were crowned Roinn 1 Champions at a wet Páirc Uí Rinn today. The boys were excellent and represented their school with pride and passion. Many thanks to coaches, parents and fellow pupils for their fantasic support.

Lord Mayor’s Visit


Today we welcomed Cllr. Mick Finn, Lord Mayor of Cork City to St Anthony’s BNS.We presented the Lord Mayor with a copy of our school anthem & a Shane Brick hurley. The Lord Mayor met all the boys & staff of the school. We greatly enjoyed his visit.

Basketball Team


Congratulations to the St. Anthony’s Basketball team who defeated Skibbereen to win the Under 12 Cork Top Four League Final. The final score was 29 to 28 points after extra time. Well done boys!!
